2001

  • Collaboration with EFRIARC – Portuguese Association for Engineers of Industrial Refrigeration and Air Conditioners and the Superior School of Technology of Algarve University in the organization of a training course on Sizing of AVAC systems using Ice Banks. The 8-hour course had 23 participants and was held in ISEP's facilities in February 2001.
  • Execution of a course on Natural Gas with 10-teaching-hours, sponsored by PORTGÁS, in February 2001. There were 60 participants.
  • Promotion of lectures on Steam Boilers and Cogeneration held by a lecturer from the University of Coruña within SÓCRATES exchange programme, in February 2001.
  • Promotion together with EFRIARC – ortuguese Association for Engineers of Industrial Refrigeration and Air Conditioners and the Superior School of Technology of Algarve University in the organization of a training course on Thermic of Buildings - RCCTE and RSECE thermal regulations. The course was held in ISEP's facilities in May 2001, took 8-teaching-hours and had 15 participants.
  • 4 Specialization Courses, 8 hours each, subordinated to the theme “ Princípios de termodinâmica e psicrometria” (Principles of Thermodynamic and Psychometric), made in collaboration with a company.
