The laboratory has:
A manual calendar machine and a manual bending machine, allowing to shaping steel sheet metal up to 3 mm thickness. These are used to perform small mechanical shaping tasks that do not require a good dimensional accuracy.

A mechanical shear machine with the capacity of cutting steel sheet metal up to 4 mm thick and 1 m width. This has several hydraulic pushers and two stops, which allow to perform cuts with a good precision and quality. |  |

| A mechanical press of 63 tons, used in shaping and cutting sheet metal. This one allows the assembly of different tools to progressive and continuous manufacture of parts. |  |
